Returns & Exchanges

At Paradise Found, we want you to love your island-inspired style; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
